1、 Purpose and Function
The YZF-60 fluorescence microscope has a dual light source of transmission and reflection. Can be used for fluorescence observation and transmission bright field observation Adopting an infinitely far flat field achromatic fluorescent objective without magnification chromatic aberration and a large field eyepiece, the imaging is clear with an infinitely far optical system, a wide field of view, and brightness. Adopting ergonomic requirements for the body design, making it easier and more comfortable for researchers to operate. It is an advanced microscopic equipment for research in biology, cytology, oncology, genetics, immunology, and other fields. Fluorescence microscopy is widely used in scientific research, polymer observation, university experiments, rubber and plastic production, research on luminescent materials, staining observation, and structural analysis.
2、 System Introduction
The fluorescence microscope YZF-60 has an image output system. Traditional optical microscopes can be connected to computer computers (digital cameras) through professional industrial cameras, allowing for direct observation on the eyepiece tube and real-time observation on display devices such as computer computers (digital cameras), making it easy to save and print observation images and dynamic videos.
The fluorescence microscope YZF-60C can also be paired with a fluorescence microscope CCD, which is a digital imaging product closely related to fluorescence microscopes. The fluorescence microscope dedicated CCD can be connected to the fluorescence microscope to form a microscopic imaging system. On the one hand, it can transfer the microscopic photography products captured by fluorescence microscope to the computer through USB interface, which facilitates image acquisition and research. On the other hand, through fluorescence CCD, we can capture better images than using fluorescence microscope alone.
